Agni Beverage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups almond milk

Recipe

  • 1 melt ghee in a pot over medium heat. add ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. simmer until aromatic, about a minute -- more or less.
  • 2 add almond milk and honey. continue to stir just until the mixture comes to a boil. immediately remove from heat and serve warm.
