Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups almond milk
Recipe
- 1 melt ghee in a pot over medium heat. add ginger, cinnamon and black pepper. simmer until aromatic, about a minute -- more or less.
- 2 add almond milk and honey. continue to stir just until the mixture comes to a boil. immediately remove from heat and serve warm.
