Apple Crumble Pie

Ingredients
- 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 line 9 inch pie plate. arrange apples in pastry, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- 2 make crumble topping by blending sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon together until fat is well distributed. sprinkle over apples.
- 3 bake at 425°f for 20 minutes. reduce heat to 350°f and bake until apples are tender, about 20 minutes.
