Chilled Tofu With Applesauce And Granola

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 ounces tofu, drained and chilled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup applesauce, chilled
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup crunchy granola cereal or 1/4 cup nuts

Recipe

  • 1 divide tofu in chilled serving bowls.
  • 2 mash tofu with salt.
  • 3 mix in applesauce and raisins.
  • 4 top with cinnamon and granola.
