Apple Crumble

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 -5 apples
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325*.
  • 2 butter a 13x9 inch pan.
  • 3 mix flour, butter,and the first amounts of cinnamon and sugar in a medium bowl.
  • 4 in a small bowl mix the cinnamon and sugar for the apples.
  • 5 peel, core, and chop apples into thin slices.
  • 6 make layers of apples and cinnamon sugar mixture. (apples, then a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar) until all the apples and mixture is used.
  • 7 place the crumble mixture on top of the apples.
  • 8 for a very crispy top, pat down the crumble almost like a crust. for a not so crispy top, just crumble it over the apples.
  • 9 bake for 18-20 minutes, or until crumble is golden brown.
