Cinnamon Apple Crisps

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 small red delicious apples or 2 small gala apples, sliced paper-thin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200 degrees f.
  • 2 line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper (not wax paper). place apple slices in a single layer on paper; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  • 3 bake until lightly browned, about 2 hours. cool on wire rack and serve.
