Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1 cup mini chocolate chip (or chips of your choice)

Recipe

• 1 cream the oil, sugar and eggs.
• 2 add remaining ingredients.
• 3 drop by teaspoonfuls on a lightly greased baking sheet.
• 4 bake at 350 degrees f for 10-15 minutes till light golden brown.
