- 16 ounces plain yogurt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup cinnamon flavored apple juice or 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 combine yogurt, eggs, and apple juice. mix well.
- 2 slowly add all dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
- 3 cook waffles as directed by the manufacturer of your waffle iron.
