Almond Vanilla Yogurt Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients.
- 2 in a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
- 3 add wet ingredients to dry and combine just until moistened.
- 4 pour into loaf pan coated in non-stick cooking spray.
- 5 bake 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- 6 allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
