Almond Vanilla Yogurt Loaf

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 combine dry ingredients.
  • 2 in a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  • 3 add wet ingredients to dry and combine just until moistened.
  • 4 pour into loaf pan coated in non-stick cooking spray.
  • 5 bake 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  • 6 allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
