Caramel Apple Shake (raw Food)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 apple, cored, chopped
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 dates, pitted (preferably medjool)
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • 1 banana, ripe (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender & process until smooth.
  • 2 pour into a tall glass & enjoy!
