Chili Sauce (homemade)

Ingredients

- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients to heavy pot.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce to a simmer and let cook for 1 hour.
- 4 add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- 5 return to pot and simmer for 30 minutes more.
- 6 enjoy.
