- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- 3 grease a pie tin or baking pan.
- 4 pour ingredients into pan.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
