Cannellini Bean Pudding

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 35 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 2/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • 3 grease a pie tin or baking pan.
  • 4 pour ingredients into pan.
  • 5 bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
