Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken, boneless and skinless
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 cardamom pods, bruised
- 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, pureed
- 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 trim fat from chicken and cube.
- 2 in crockpot first 9 ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours.
- 3 combine yoghurt and cornstarch.
- 4 turn slow cooker to high and add yoghurt mixture along with remaining ingredients.
- 5 cook another 10 min or until sauce has thickened.
- 6 serve with steamed rice.
