Cinnamon Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon (level)
• 1 (9 inch) premade graham cracker pie crust

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 place a 9"x13" pan half filled with hot tap water on lower rack of oven.
• 3 combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and mix well.
• 4 add eggs and cinnamon and mix til smooth.
• 5 pour in pie crust and place on upper rack over pan with water.
• 6 bake 35 minutes. chill and serve with whipped cream.
