Ingredients

- 1/2 gallon apple cider
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 -3 cinnamon sticks
- 5 whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground allspice
Recipe
- 1 bring all ingredients almost to a boil, let simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- 2 strain through fine mesh into thermos, or back into pan.
- 3 serve hot.
