Cabbage Rolls - Version 2

Total Time: 4 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 2 egg whites
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (prego three cheese)
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce (kroger tomato & basil)

Recipe

  • 1 pour hot rice over meat.
  • 2 drizzle egg whites over this.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 put cabbage in freezer the night before.
  • 5 put frozen head in boiling water.
  • 6 par boil.
  • 7 tear leaf off, roll meat into ball that will fit into leaf and roll.
  • 8 put in pan with sauce in it"seam" side down.
  • 9 top with sauerkraut.
  • 10 bake 4-6 hours 325-350f or on top of stove over low heat.
