Cabbage Rolls - Version 2

Ingredients
- Servings: 30
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (prego three cheese)
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (kroger tomato & basil)
Recipe
- 1 pour hot rice over meat.
- 2 drizzle egg whites over this.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 put cabbage in freezer the night before.
- 5 put frozen head in boiling water.
- 6 par boil.
- 7 tear leaf off, roll meat into ball that will fit into leaf and roll.
- 8 put in pan with sauce in it"seam" side down.
- 9 top with sauerkraut.
- 10 bake 4-6 hours 325-350f or on top of stove over low heat.
