Apple 'n' Oats

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup apple (peeled, cored, chopped)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 2/3 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons walnuts (chopped) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan saute apple in butter for 2-3 minutes or until starting to soften.
- 2 add cinnamon and brown sugar, stir and simmer one minute.
- 3 stir in oatmeal, milk and walnuts if desired.
- 4 stir and cook for 3-5 minutes or until oatmeal is cooked and everything smells good.
- 5 serve with love.
