Ingredients
- 4 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, melted
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- 2 drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased or sprayed cookie sheet.
- 3 bake at 325°f for 10 minutes.
