Ingredients

- 2 cups apple juice (fresh is best!)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons chamomile flowers
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a small saucepan, bring apple juice and pineapple juice to a boil.
- 2 quickly remove from heat and add chamomile flowers.
- 3 let steep for about 5 minutes.
- 4 strain, and pour in cups.
- 5 add a dash of cinnamon if desired. enjoy!
