Caramel Apple Milkshakes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups frozen yogurt, vanilla
  • 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel topping

Recipe

  • 1 place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender.
  • 2 cover and blend until smooth.
  • 3 pour into 4 glasses.
