Apples Baked In Cream

Ingredients

• 6 large cooking apples
• 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

• 1 peel and core the apples.
• 2 slice into 1/2 inch rounds.
• 3 place apples in a well-buttered oven-proof dish.
• 4 dot with butter or margarine.
• 5 combine sugar, cream, cinnamon and nutmeg and pour over the apples.
• 6 bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
