Chicken Salad Curry With Na'an

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 -3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced on an angle
  • 1/4 cup almonds, slivered and toasted

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder, honey turmeric, cardamom, and cinnamon; whisk in oil, then season with salt and pepper.
  • 2 add chicken, grapes, green onions, and almonds to the dressing and toss.
  • 3 serve with na'an.
