Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (not quick)
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or yogurt)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix together dry ingredients in bowl.
- 2 add and mix wet ingrediants
- 3 stir in optional fruit.
- 4 melt butter in casserol dish.
- 5 with spatula, transfer batter to dish.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
