Banana Date Quinoa Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup sliced frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup quinoa or 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Recipe

  • 1 puree all ingredients together in blender.
