Cinnamon Apple Brunch Bake

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 in a saucepan, melt butter; stir in sugar, apple pie filling, cinnamon and vanilla.
- 3 spread 1/2 the mix into a shallow 2 quart baking dish.
- 4 separate the biscuits and cut into quarters.
- 5 arrange pieces, points up over the mixture.
- 6 spoon the remaining mixture over the "biscuit-peaks" and sprinkle with nuts.
- 7 bake for 35-40 minutes.
- 8 let rest for 5-10 minutes.
- 9 serve warm.
