Cauliflower And Watercress Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 bunch watercress, rough chopped
  • 1 ounce walnuts, rough chopped
  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 arrange cauliflower, watercress, and walnuts in a serving dish.
  • 2 whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
  • 3 serve.
