Bavarian Pear Tart

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup nuts
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese or 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (15 ounce) can bartlett pears, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 made with a springform pan with bottom release.
- 2 bottom crust: mix butter and sugar well.
- 3 add vanilla, flour and nuts.
- 4 press in bottom of pan; bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 5 set aside.
- 6 filling: add all ingredients and beat smooth, pour over crust.
- 7 topping: drain and slice each pear half into eights, place on filling.
- 8 springle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
