Autumn Pumpkin Spice 4 Layer Bars

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup cold butter or 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup nuts, chopped,finely
- 1 (27 ounce) jar mincemeat (regular,rum or brandy)
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 435.
- 2 combine the sugars,flour,then butter.
- 3 combine until it is crumbly.
- 4 stir in the nuts,and set aside 1 1/2 cups of mixture.
- 5 press the remaining mixture into a 13x9 baking dish,including half up sides of dish.
- 6 pour the mincemeat over crust.
- 7 combine the remaining ingredients,except crumb mix,and mix well.
- 8 pour over the mincemeat layer.
- 9 spread the remaining crumb mixture over that.
- 10 bake for 15 minutes,and reduce the heat to 350.
- 11 bake 40 minutes,or until golden brown on edges.
- 12 let cool,cut into bars.
