Autumn Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 400°f.
- 2 grease 12 muffin tins or lined cups.
- 3 in a large bowl: combine all ingredients except for pumpkin, butter, buttermilk, and eggs.
- 4 in seperate bowl, combine the rest of ingredients.
- 5 mix into the flour mxture until moistened.
- 6 spoon the batter into the cups.
- 7 bake about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 8 let cool before removing from the tins.
