Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 prepare a 9x9 baking pan.
- 3 blend all ingredients until smooth.
- 4 pour into pan.
- 5 bake about 30 minutes or until top is dry and edges release from side of the pan.
