Cinnamon Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f (or 325f for dark or non stick pans).
- 2 grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or 12 muffin cups.
- 3 beat egg.
- 4 add sugar, oil, bananas and yogurt to beaten egg and beat with electric mixer until well combined.
- 5 in a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
- 6 add dry ingredients to yogurt-banana mixture until combined.
- 7 pour into pan and bake 60 minutes.
- 8 let stand in pan five minutes and then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
