Cinnamon Apple Cider Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 3 apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup walnuts (optional)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • apple cider (to desired thickness)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix together the eggs, vanilla, apple cider, and oil.
  • 3 combine the dry ingredients.
  • 4 mix the cider mixture with the dry ingredients. add the sliced apples. add walnuts (optional, if desired).
  • 5 pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • 6 for the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. add in a few drops of cider and mix until it forms a pourable glaze.
  • 7 refrigerate before serving.
