Cinnamon Apple Cider Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 3 apples (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup walnuts (optional)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- apple cider (to desired thickness)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix together the eggs, vanilla, apple cider, and oil.
- 3 combine the dry ingredients.
- 4 mix the cider mixture with the dry ingredients. add the sliced apples. add walnuts (optional, if desired).
- 5 pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- 6 for the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. add in a few drops of cider and mix until it forms a pourable glaze.
- 7 refrigerate before serving.
