Chocolate Chip Vegan Cookies (for Non-vegans Too!)

Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups oats
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan margarine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2 bananas, mashed
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl stir together sugar, banana and butter.
- 2 stir in oats followed by all of the dry ingredients.
- 3 finally, add chocolate chips.
- 4 spoon golf ball sized rounds on a greased baking sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
