Caribbean Chicken Low Carb

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, washed sliced in 1/2-inch strips (24oz raw weight)
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup peach chutney (fruit sweetened) or 1/4 cup apricot chutney (fruit sweetened)
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons dry wine
  • 2 teaspoons coconut flavoring

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, heat oil to medium high, and saute chicken pieces until.
