Banana Yogurt Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cube
  • 4 small bananas, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender or food processor; process until thick and creamy. with motor running, add ice cubes; process until smooth.
  • 2 pour into tall glasses to serve.
