Blueberry Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 1/2 cups apples, peeled and chopped (about 2 or 3 apples)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons uncooked oatmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soft margarine
Recipe
- 1 combine the blueberries and the apples in a bowl and sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of the flour; toss.
- 2 spoon into 6 custard cups.
- 3 combine the remaining flour and sugar in a bowl; cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly and resembles coarse meal.
- 4 add oats, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- 5 sprinkle flour mixture over the fruit.
- 6 bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- 7 let stand for 10 minutes.
- 8 serve warm.
