Cinnafigana Smoothie

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 cups milk (dairy, soy, rice, etc)
  • 1 banana (sliced & frozen)
  • 3 figs (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 -2 teaspoon cinnamon (own preference)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Recipe

  • 1 place the glass of milk in the freezer for an hour.
  • 2 put all the ingredients in the blender.
  • 3 blend!
  • 4 enjoy!
