Ingredients

- 3 cups milk (dairy, soy, rice, etc)
- 1 banana (sliced & frozen)
- 3 figs (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 -2 teaspoon cinnamon (own preference)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Recipe
- 1 place the glass of milk in the freezer for an hour.
- 2 put all the ingredients in the blender.
- 3 blend!
- 4 enjoy!
