- 3 cups apple cider
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/4 lbs carrots, peeled and julienned
Recipe
- 1 in large pot bring cider, cinnamon, butter and honey to a boil.
- 2 stir in carrots and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3 cook 5 more minutes stirring frequently until mixure has formed a thick glaze.
