Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients

- 4 granny smith apples
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons oil
Recipe
- 1 core and peel the apples.
- 2 cut each apple into about 10 wedges.
- 3 toss the apples with the sugar, cinnamon, thyme, and salt.
- 4 heat the oil in a non stick skillet.
- 5 saute the apples over medium high heat for 7-10 minutes, until the apples soften but still retain their shape. add 2 tablespoons of water if softer apples are desired.
