Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 5 mint leaves, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine cantaloupe and orage juice in a blender; process until smooth.
  • 2 transfer mixture into a large bowl.
  • 3 stir in lime juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • 4 chill for 1 hour.
  • 5 stir in mint leaves and serve.
  • 6 enjoy!
