Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- sugar
- 6 teaspoons tea leaves
- 8 green peppercorns
- 6 cloves
- 6 green cardamom pods
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon anise seed
Recipe
- 1 heat water in a pan.
- 2 add sugar, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and aniseed and bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat and let boil for 5 minutes.
- 4 add tea leaves and milk and bring to boil.
- 5 simmer on stove top for 30 minutes.
- 6 strain into cups.
