Ingredients

- 1 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick (broken into several pieces)
- 1/8 teaspoon clove
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- 3 basil sprigs
Recipe
- 1 in sauepan gently heat together the honey, spices and brandy.
- 2 put the basil sprigs into a sterilized jar and pour the hot honey mixture over them.
- 3 cover and allow the flavor to mellow for about a week.
- 4 use on french toast, pancakes and waffles.
