Cinnamon Bread Pudding With Pear And Hazelnuts

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 slices your favourite cinnamon raisin bread
  • 1 large pear, peeled,cored and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons dried cherries or 3 tablespoons cranberries
  • 4 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 lightly butter a baking pan.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 3 set a hot water bath into oven.
  • 4 line the baking dish with the cinnamon bread cut into strips, or cubes.
