Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk (the canned kind)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except chia seeds to a blender. once the mixture is smooth, pour it into a medium bowl and stir in chia seeds.
- 2 cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
