Cinnamon Banana Chia Pudding (raw Food)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk (the canned kind)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients except chia seeds to a blender. once the mixture is smooth, pour it into a medium bowl and stir in chia seeds.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
