Banana Protein Jumbo Muffins

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons egg substitute
  • 2 g stevia
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 ounces bananas

Recipe

  • 1 smash banana.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together.
  • 3 pour into jumbo muffin tin.
  • 4 bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
