Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons egg substitute
- 2 g stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ounces bananas
Recipe
- 1 smash banana.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 pour into jumbo muffin tin.
- 4 bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
