Pumpkin Banana Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup tofu
  • 6 almonds, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
