hunter wellness mojo juice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup water, divided, or as needed
  • 1/2 cup ice, divided, or as needed
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 4 leaves kale
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup mixed salad greens, or to taste
  • 6 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • pour 2 fluid ounces water and drop 3 ice cubes into a blender; add ginger and cinnamon. layer celery, apple, cucumber, kale, spinach, mixed greens, and mint leaves, respectively, in blender. blend mixture until smooth. add more water and ice to reach desired consistency.
