Thm Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup diced peaches
  • 1 packet stevia powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans, or to taste (optional)

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 8 hrs 15 mins

  • mix oats, yogurt, almond milk, peaches, stevia, chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond extract together in a sealable glass jar or container. cover the container and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight. top with pecans.
