overnight chai oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 8 hrs 10 mins

  • combine oats, almond-coconut milk, chia seeds, coconut, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl. cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
