Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups coffee (cold & strong)
- 6 ounces tequila
- 4 ounces coffee liqueur
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pint coffee ice cream
- 4 cinnamon sticks (for stirring)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except ice cream and cinnamon sticks in a blender and refrigerate to chill. at serving time add ice cream and blend. pour over cracked ice into glass coffee mugs. add a cinnamon stir stick.
