Caramba Cafe

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups coffee (cold & strong)
  • 6 ounces tequila
  • 4 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pint coffee ice cream
  • 4 cinnamon sticks (for stirring)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except ice cream and cinnamon sticks in a blender and refrigerate to chill. at serving time add ice cream and blend. pour over cracked ice into glass coffee mugs. add a cinnamon stir stick.
