Ingredients

- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (not packed)
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 medium apple
Recipe
- 1 mix first four ingredients together.
- 2 core and slice apple.
- 3 simply dunk the apple slices into the yogurt mixture!
